Refund and Returns Policy

 

Elite BBS Wheels (“we,” “us,” “our”) wants every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Because most of our wheels are genuine, hand-built, or custom-fitted to your specific vehicle, please read this policy carefully before ordering.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received
  • In their original packaging, including BBS/OZ/AMG boxes, hardware, center caps, and documentation
  • Free of curb damage, mounting marks, tire residue, or signs of installation

Wheels that have been mounted, balanced, installed, or driven on cannot be returned, as this affects resale as new/certified stock.

3. Custom, Rebuilt & Made-to-Order Wheels

Many of our products — including custom fitments, redrilled centers, custom finish/color changes, and rebuild specifications (e.g., BBS E88, RS2, Style 42 conversions) — are built or modified specifically for your order.

Custom and made-to-order wheels are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defect or a fitment/build error on our part. Please confirm all fitment specs (bolt pattern, offset, center bore, finish) with our team before placing a custom order.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email sales@elitebbswheels.com or call +1 (352) 215-3585 within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect, or damage in transit), we cover return shipping costs and will arrange a prepaid label.
  • If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, ordering error on the buyer’s part, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Given the size and value of wheel shipments, we strongly recommend insured, trackable shipping — we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

6. Restocking Fee

Eligible non-custom returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your wheels immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you
  • Do not discard original packaging until the claim is resolved, as carriers may require it for inspection

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or shipment has not yet begun. Once a custom build has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled.

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Custom-built, custom-finished, redrilled, or made-to-order wheels
  • Installed, mounted, or used wheels and tires
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance/liquidation promotions
  • Gift cards
