1. About Us

Elite BBS Wheels specializes in genuine BBS, AMG, and OZ Racing forged alloy wheels, including custom rebuilds and made-to-order fitments for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen vehicles.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products, including specifications, fitment, condition, and finish. However:

Many products are genuine, pre-owned, refinished, or custom-rebuilt wheels; slight variations in tone, finish, or wear are normal and do not constitute a defect
Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or batch differences
We reserve the right to correct pricing, descriptions, or specification errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, and to cancel affected orders with a full refund

4. Fitment Responsibility

Wheel fitment (bolt pattern, offset, center bore, load rating, and tire clearance) is critical to safe vehicle operation. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Confirm the exact make, model, year, and trim of the vehicle at time of order
Verify any modifications (suspension, fenders, brakes) that may affect clearance
Consult our team before ordering custom or redrilled fitments

We are not liable for fitment issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer at checkout.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed
Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout; all transactions are processed securely through our payment partners
Custom and made-to-order builds may require a non-refundable deposit before production begins, as communicated at the time of order

6. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

7. Shipping

We ship worldwide from the United States. Estimated production and shipping times are provided per product and are not guaranteed delivery dates
Custom and rebuilt wheels may require additional production time before shipment, as noted on the product page
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please note that custom-built, custom-finished, and made-to-order wheels are final sale except in cases of defect or fulfillment error.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and product photography — is owned by or licensed to Elite BBS Wheels and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our written permission.

Brand names such as BBS, AMG, and OZ Racing are trademarks of their respective owners. Elite BBS Wheels is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these manufacturers unless explicitly stated.

10. User Conduct

When using this Site, you agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order information

11. Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated, all products are provided “as is.” We do not provide manufacturer warranties on genuine used or refinished wheels unless explicitly stated on the product page. Any applicable manufacturer warranty on new components is passed through to the customer where available.
